Rates & billing

We specialize in delivering high-quality PR at reasonable rates -- which may be well below what you are used to paying, for the kind of results we get. We offer a variety of billing arrangements:

By the job: Depending on the job, we can agree on a flat fee for a specific project in advance.

• You make a deposit and then pay in installments over the length of the job as it is done to your satisfaction.
  

Retainer: When you put Kelley Campaigns on a monthly retainer, you've reserved our time in advance. So you know we'll be available when you need us.

• A retainer reserves you a set number of hours each month at a fixed price, so you can have us do a variety of work for you and stay within your budget.
  

Pay-as-you-go: Our a la carte rates for campaign development and media relations range from $30 to $200 an hour, depending on the staff members involved and the level of services required.

• When we bill by the hour, you pay only for the time actually spent --  tracked to the minute, never rounded up.
  

• Our rates are on a sliding scale: we discount 30% non-profits and start-ups, and we discount 40% for non-profits with annual budgets under $1 million.
